Sahithi Foundation Ngo (SFN) was established as a society in 2013 with a dedicated mission to bring impactful social change across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Operating with a strong focus on rural development, education, healthcare, and community empowerment, SFN works tirelessly to uplift disadvantaged groups by addressing core issues in education, health, employment, and social welfare.

Enhance Literacy and Skills
Empower underprivileged youth by providing relevant vocational training and educational resources to enable sustainable employment. We aim to establish more skill centers across rural and urban regions, aligning with the government’s ‘Skill India’ initiative, and increase placement rates among trained beneficiaries.
Reduce School Dropout Rates
Ensure access to quality education for underprivileged children, especially those from economically challenged backgrounds. Our goal is to bring as many dropout children as possible back to school by providing educational resources, digital devices, and mental health support, along with engaging parents to foster long-term participation.
Expand Healthcare Access
Provide consistent and reliable healthcare services to rural and underserved communities. We aim to increase the number of mobile healthcare units, expand tele-counseling services, and improve resources for frontline workers. Additionally, we plan to establish more oxygen banks and health camps to support remote areas.
Support Food and Hygiene Needs
Combat hunger and support health by providing essential groceries, clean drinking water, and hygiene kits to vulnerable populations. Our goal is to expand these distributions, ensuring that basic needs are met, particularly during crises or in areas with limited access to resources.
Strengthen Rural Development Initiatives
Work towards building self-reliant rural communities by promoting adult literacy, environmental conservation, sanitation, and skill development. By focusing on holistic rural development, we aim to improve the quality of life in underserved regions, creating a pathway for sustainable community growth and progress.
Promote Sustainable Environmental Practices
Educate and empower communities to adopt sustainable environmental practices, including clean energy use, waste management, and conservation efforts. Our goal is to drive environmental awareness and action through community engagement and educational programs that foster a healthier, sustainable future.
Support Anti-Drug Campaigns and Rehabilitation
Combat the menace of substance abuse by promoting awareness, prevention, and rehabilitation programs. We focus on educating communities, particularly youth, about the dangers of drug addiction through workshops, seminars, and campaigns in schools, colleges, and workplaces.
